Instapeel

I was recently given InstaPeel by Earthen to try in exchange for my honest review. At first, I was a little hesitant to try this. I’m not one for skincare products. I don’t know why but I always feel like skincare products are just a waste of time. (Even though I Know they’re not and that I should be taking care of my skin)

Before getting started with the InstaPeel you need to steam your face. Which is the one thing I hated! The directions recommend that you steam your face for 5 minutes. I just boiled some water, placed it into a bowl, and kept my face over the bowl. Once my face was moist I rubbed a little bit of the natural solution on my face in a circular. The solution is super runny so I’d advise being extra careful when handling it.

I didn’t have to rub the solution in for long before it started to work. It was a bit weird at first. And it felt super weird too! But right away you start to see the product ball up along with the dirt! Super gross! And I loved how smooth my face felt afterward! I honestly wasn’t expecting that.

I’m still not sure yet if this is something that I will purchase. Only because I had to steam my face. Maybe I’ll try it while in the shower since my showers are hot enough to steam my face and it’ll kill two birds with one stone!
